Cancellation Policy

A customer can cancel the order by contacting us on e-mail before the order is passed to the delivery service. In such case we provide the full refund. After the order is passed to the delivery service the order cannot be cancelled. Order processing usually takes from 1 to 3 workdays before the order is passed to the delivery service.

Returns Policy

A customer can request a trial month by contacting us on e-mail before placing an order. After the confirmation from our side a customer can place an order with a trial month policy. The trial month policy means that a customer has 30 days after receiving the package to test the products. If a customer is not satisfied with the product for any reason, he/she can contact us on e-mail within 30 days from receiving the package to request the return. A customer will be provided the instructions for returning the product. A customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. After receiving and checking the returned products we provide a full refund. If a customer didn’t contact us on e-mail regarding the trial month before placing an order, the products cannot be returned.

Refund Policy
